More Information

The ISO satandard is known to follow a logical pattern. The US paper size standard does not. There are many conflicting sizes and standards for US paper. This standard has been designed to be used in conjunction with the US Envelope series of paper.

Some of the paper series, such as Ansi and ARCH, do follow an aspect ratio. The ARCH format is most commonly used by architects in North America.
