Defined by the CAN 2-9.60M Canadian paper size standard, canadian paper sizes are no longer widely used and can now be considered obsolete. Their cause has not been helped by the fact that the paper size does not have a single aspect ratio.
The canadian paper sizes are also sometimes referred to as PA1, PA2, etc
